✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Director: As per Deputation Rules
✔️ Assistant: Up to 32 years
✔️ Stenographer: Up to 29 years
✅ Monthly Salary:
✔️ Director: ₹ 37,400-67,000 (PB 4) + Grade Pay ₹ 8700 Pay Level 13 as per 7th CPC
✔️ Assistant: Pay Level 6 as per 7th CPC
✔️ Stenographer: Pay Level 4 as per 7th CPC
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Director: Officers of the Central Govt. including All India Service and other Grade ‘A’ services/ State Governments/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings.
✔️ Assistant: Graduate of a recognized University with at least five years office experience.
✔️ Stenographer: Matric with 12th pass or equivalent. Skill test norms: Dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm & Transcription 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi (on computer)
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Selection will be made through Written Test/ Skill Test/ Personal Interview/ Discussion.
