Age Limit: 30 Years. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Meritorious Sports Persons/Widows or Divorced Women or Women Judicially separated from Husbands/persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of J&K during the period from 01 January 1980 to 31 December 1989.
Scale of Pay: Pay-Band-3/ Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400 plus allowances as applicable.
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Director [Administration and Finance] -> Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Subordinate Accounts Service (SAS) Accountant/Master of Business Administration (MBA) (with finance specialization) with three years experience; Master of Business Administration (MBA) (with specialization in Personnel)/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management of two years' duration from reputed institute/L.L.B with three years' experience.
Assistant Director [Public Relations] -> Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations/ Advertising/Marketing, with at-least two years' professional experience in a reputed organization in Public Relations/Publicity/Advertising/Scientific Journalism.
Selection Process: The interview will be conducted at New Delhi and the address of venue, time and date of interview will be informed to the short-listed candidates in the call letter for interview.
