Educational Qualification and Eligibility (as on 05/07/2016):
a) A candidate must be a holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India.
b) A candidate must be a citizen of India.
c) Desirable - The knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
Examination Fee: ₹ 400/- for General and UR Category candidates; ₹ 100/- for SC / ST / other prescribed reserved category of H.P. The fee can be made by cash at any branch of Punjab National Bank, through a e-challan generated through the above website or by using Visa / Master Card /Credit / Debit Card.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to Apply Online through HPPSC Online portal on or before 05/07/2016 up to 11:59 Hours.
After filling-up the online Application form, download the same and take the print on A-4 size paper and dispatch along with documents to "CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION, HIMACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, NIGAM VIHAR, SHIMLA -171002". The candidates should also write the name of examination viz. "Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination, 2016-II" on the envelope. THe closing date for receipt of applications is 12/07/2016.
