Educational Qualifications: Good academic record as defined by the University with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Master's degree level in required disciplines from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should have either cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR OR should have obtained Ph. D. Degree in the relevant subject. NET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET is not conducted.
Application Fee: Pay-in-slip (University's copy) for Rs.375/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST and Rs.185/- for Physically Handicapped) to be deposited in Account No. 33417855484 of Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at all Branches of State Bank of India.
