How To Apply: Application on the prescribed format. Willing candidates should submit their Bio-data along with latest pass port size photograph pasted on the right top of Bio-data and one attested copy of each document. The form should reach to “Additional Deputy Commissioner office, 2nd Floor, Mini Secretariat, Hisar (Haryana State)” up to 02/12/2013.
