How To Apply: Applications complete in all respects in the prescribed format should be sent by post only to: The Joint Recruitment Cell, Room No. 521, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi –110001. Applicants should affix two self-attested identical recent passport size photographs, one on the application form and the other on the attendance sheet. The last date for receipt of applications is 11/02/2013. (7 days more for candidates from far-flung areas). Candidates in Government service should submit their application(s) through proper channel only.
